This month’s challenge for the Newborn Goodness Project 52 is “Love.” Appropriate for February, but really a great one any time. I was trying to come up with ideas of how to photograph love while doing a photo session with kids. I was thinking of an image I took of my dog waiting for his ball, which he loves, or my own kids but they don’t always like to cooperate when I take out my camera! I choose this image because I know this girl loves her dog, Coco, and the dog kept coming around to get into the photos, just to be near Miss L. I had a couple of other images where Miss L was kissing Coco, but it was hard to see Coco’s beautiful face in those, so I went with this one.
Check out these photographers: Sabrina K Photography, Heather McGinnis Photography, and Melissa Treen Photography for more interpretations of “Love”.
Being a dog person makes me love this image even more. Dogs are so loyal!! Sweet image!
Nothing like the love of a four-legged friend! Great interpretation. 🙂
Love it! They are both adorable!
So very sweet! Love the light in their eyes!
Oh so sweet Amara…what a treasured memory! : )
