Amara Cohen Photography offers on location photo sessions, in your home or a location of your choice, within 20 miles of the Brookline, MA.
Maternity Session | $200 Nothing is more exciting than expecting your baby, so capture that joy in photographs. It is best to schedule this session for when you are between 32-36 weeks so you are comfortable, but contact me as soon as you are sharing your pregnancy news to set up a session! I will meet you at your home or another favorite location for the photographs (within 20 miles of Boston), your spouse and other children are also welcome to join in the session. Wear clothes that show off the baby, such as jeans and a tank top as well as other options like a free flowing dress. I also have wraps and tops/dress to use. If there are other special items, like a sonogram please bring that along too.
Newborn Session | $250 The baby has arrived! I will come to your home for a session that lasts up to three hours. I work on the baby’s schedule giving time to eat and fall back to sleep. I photograph the baby by themselves but also a few with the rest of thefamily. I bring everything I need with me such as different backdrop colors, wraps and other fun stuff. It is best tophotograph the baby between 6-20 days after their birth. Please try and schedule your newborn session at least two months before your due date.
Belly to Baby Session | $350 Capture the beautiful images of your pregnancy and newborn’s first days of life. This package includes both the maternity and newborn sessions mentioned above. You will also receive a $40 print credit towards each session.
Newborn Lifestyle Session | $200 Spend time with your baby as I photograph you soothing, relaxing and enjoying your family. These photos are natural and honest, getting photos of the newborn with each family member as well as a few posed photos of the newborn. This session is more simple and laid-back then the other newborn session I offer, allowing me to focus on connection you have with your newborn. This session is best done when the baby is between one – three weeks old. Please try and schedule your newborn session at least two months before your due date.
The First Year Sessions | $500 Three photography sessions during the baby’s first year, usually between 6 – 20 days old , 6 months old and 1 year old. All sessions are done in your home or a favorite location. This is a great way to make sure you capture those milestones in your baby’s life. Each session includes a $40 print credit.
Baby Milestone Session | $200 Your baby has reached a milestone, sitting, walking, teeth have begun to come in or a first birthday. I will come to your home or park to photograph these moments. If you want to add a cake of your own for a 1 year-old cake smash, I will bring the backdrop to help keep your home cleaner!
Family Session | $200 My family sessions are done on location at your home or favorite spot, within 20 miles of Brookline. I love to 
follow families around as they run around being silly, loving or just plain be. Don’t worry if you have a two year-old that runs in the opposite direction of your 4 year-old, I am patient and will wear my sneakers!
The edited photographs are available for you to view on a password protected online gallery. Please contact me for my prices for prints and digital images, as these are a separate cost from the session fee.
